This kind of equipment has a complex structure and a high degree of automation, so in order to achieve a good operation and operation effect, the operator needs to master a lot of relevant knowledge during use, especially the abnormal situation in the operation process. If the length is not consistent, some are long and some are short beyond the technical requirements, some are pulled and scratched on the side, some hurt the edge and sharp corners, some hurt the surface insulation coating and so on. Skilled operators can sometimes be difficult to solve. According to the abnormal situation in the daily production of transverse shear line, some quick coping and adjusting methods are summarized.
Taking the silicon steel sheet as an example, due to the inherent reasons of the measurement system, the length measured by the measuring roller is different for the silicon steel sheet material of different thickness and different material surface. In order to make the length of the cut sheet consistent with the set length, different machine tool coordinates (proportional parameters) need to be set for the silicon steel sheet material of different thickness and different materials. The operator needs to store multiple sets of coordinates and select the corresponding coordinates according to the actual situation of the sheet. And adjust the gap and pressure of the feeding roller, and the level of both ends should be consistent for production.
When the length is abnormal, check that the width of the adjusted track is consistent with the width of the sheet material and there should be a gap of about 0.2 mm. If the sheet is skewed in the shearing section, the distance of the cylinder should be adjusted appropriately to be closer to make it tighten the sheet. When the long sheet material swings at the conveyor belt, adjust the position of the magnet under the conveyor belt so that it cannot swing. When the material swings, not only the consistency is not good, but also the seam or the bypass exceed the standard (Angle problem).
When there is a white edge strain on the material side, it should be checked that the clamping cylinder is too tight, the track is uneven, the bearing in the track is worn with grooves, the edge of the dividing table is uneven, and the guide plate of the dividing machine is uneven or convex. When feeding and returning, the drum or swing head should be adjusted to the side guide rail of the feeder, and the track can be appropriately relaxed.
When there is a scratch and indentation in the middle of the material, it should be checked whether the screw on the plate is loose. The head should be pressed and smoothed, the roll is uneven or the pressure is too large, and the pressure of the measuring roll feeding roll is too large.
When normal production cannot be started, check whether the proximity switches and sensors are fully switched. Whether the button is stuck and does not reset. Whether the shears and punches and punching tools are in place.
The above is a quick method to eliminate and adjust some abnormal situations in the operation of the transverse cutting line. Due to the complex structure of the transverse cutting line and the difficulty of operation adjustment, the problems should be continuously analyzed and improved in the use process to solve various abnormal situations in the operation process and constantly improve the skill level of the operation.
